The terrorists of Islam for whom any day is a great day for a massacre are drooling over the positive response that they are getting from New York City officials over a proposal to build a 13 story monument to the 9/11 Muslim hijackers. Consider it for what it is, a 13 story tall middle finger being flipped at the victims of 911 and America as a whole by animals. Ground Zero is the last place that any legitimate religion would ever plant a “cultural center” to advance inter-faith understanding.
For nearly 80 years there has been a steady stream of Japanese paying their respects and leaving tokens of atonement at the USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor, so-called “moderate” Muslims just might want to take a clue from that and try a flower over rooting for detonation for a change. Maybe then they’d make a few strides in earning furniture privileges among civilized cultures.
The monument being built would consist of a Mosque for the worship of the terrorists’ god and a “cultural center” to propagandize for the extermination of all things not approved by their cult.
It is a project of American Society for Muslim Advancement and the Cordoba Initiative, essentially the same group of apologists (but under 2 different names) for terrorists and the animals who use it as a terrorist ideology. They cloak their evil with new age gibberish that suggests Islam is just misunderstood.
“The time for a center like this has come because Islam is an American religion,” Daisy Khan, executive director of the Muslim society, told CNN. “We need to take the 9/11 tragedy and turn it into something very positive.”
The longest, most heavily researched and footnoted chapter in my book is about the consequences of letting political correctness rule how we deal with Islam and why it attracts such mental cases (Daisy for example apparently suffered a severe head injury early in life).
On the other hand, Abdul Rauf is the guy behind both of the organizations and in the wake of 9/11 defended Islam and attacked the entire Western world for “causing” the 9/11 attacks.

There is little that I can do to make a vile 7th century death cult to “look” any more “negative” than it is. The words are the words. If and when Islam ever becomes anything other than pure hate on wheels then I suppose the words will adjust. FYI the “Tea Party” as you call it is not an “organization”. It is a political movement based on Human Rights as expressed in the Constitution of the United States of America. If you are a Human with Rights then you are one of us. If you are a muslim then chances are you are something else again.
What about those humans who use their First Amendment rights to choose to follow the Islamic religion? They have the human right to do so, as expressed in the Constitution.
How can you both support all human rights found in the Constitution, and denigrate those Americans who use those rights to follow the religion of their choice?

The religion that developed, among other things: the public hospital, lending libraries, the first smallpox vaccine, algebra, the tenets of modern surgery, the scientific method, translations of literature from antiquity that would be lost otherwise, an early version of the free market, universities, and, most importantly, championed freedom of speech, individualism, and freedom of religion between Muslims, Christians, Jews, etc—all during a time period when Christians were fighting amongst themselves in Europe, which was a scientific, moral, and technological backwater. And you know what was one of the contributing factors to the fall of the “Golden Age of Islam”? Why, all of those Christians deciding, “Hey, instead of fighting ourselves, why don’t we go fight and kill anyone else who isn’t Christian (and gain power and land while doing so)?” If you have absolutely any knowledge and learning whatsoever, I don’t need to tell you how awful the Crusades were for everyone involved.
If you want to constructively criticize Islam (instead of making racist, bile-filled rants about subjects you apparently know very little about) then take issue with the Wahhabi sect, whose conservative, militant teachings have spread throughout the whole of the Arabic world in the later half of the 20th century. How did that happen? With the money and power gained from oil–the Wahhabis are primarily from our wonderful ally, Saudi Arabia, and funded by our oil purchases. If modern Islam is a religion that is “hate on wheels,” then we ourselves have helped them along.

2) No, “Allah” and “God” are not different words for the same being. With a lower case “g” god is a generic term for anything worshiped. With an upper case “G” the word is a generic word for the Jewish and Christian God. “Allah” is the result of a psychotic break suffered in the desert t by a violent pedophile named Mohammad in the 7th Century and which told him to set about beheading everything in sight. I truly respect your right to voice your opinion and I can truly understand your anger about the building of a mosque near ground zero. However as a American born muslim who served in the military for 22 years with three combat tours, I find your choice of words disturbing. During my combat tours I did encounter bad people who wanted to do bad things to Americans, but I also saw good people who wanted the same things in life that every other person on the earth desire..a job, family and a peaceful life. There are fanatics in all religion and within religion there are those that seek to exploit the less educated for their POLITICAL gain. Intelligent discourse is key not imflamatory rhetoric.
